Peace is a state of mind

Knowing that all human beings are equal and deserve love and respect allows peace to flourish. Inner peace (or peace of mind ) refers to a deliberate state of psychological or spiritual calm despite the potential presence of stressors. For example, in times of tragedy, people might look toward preventative measures to attain peace of mind , such as stationing extra security at venues and locations in the aftermath of a shooting.


The mind is a conglomeration of external conditioning, and it operates purely through fear of survival. Life on the other hand is pure intelligence and works in wholeness.

When you surrender to the movement of life and let your body be moved by this energy, you will experience peace , love and joy every moment of your existence. Being ‘at peace’ is considered by many to be healthy and the opposite of being stressed or anxious. Some examples of feelings versus states of mind: Joy versus contentment. Anger versus resentment.


Sadness versus depression. Envy versus jealousy.

Love versus being in love. Delight versus appreciation. Calmness is the mental state of peace of mind being free from agitation, excitement, or disturbance.


It also refers being in a state of serenity, tranquillity, or peace. Calmness can most easily occur for the average person during a state of relaxation, but it can also be found during much more alert and aware states. In this state , the mind is quiet, and you experience a sense of happiness and freedom. Such peaceful moments are not so rare.


In general, the term ‘a peaceful mind’ is used to describe a mental state in which mental and emotional calmness prevail. It is a state where your mind is not stirred up by anxieties and worries. The mental activity is phased down so that quietness and calmness can be experienced. Within the meditative traditions, the psychological or inward achievement of peace of mind is often associated with bliss and happiness.


Then we can flap less and soar more. Worry is a State of Mind. You cannot always change your environment and the events of your life, but you can learn to change your attitude toward them.


A change of attitude changes the way the environment and events affect you. Generally, a silent mind is what people refer to as peace of mind but most people get to taste such a state only occasionally or by luck. True peace of mind means a mind that is always under control but you may then wonder, under whose control?

The answer is , in your control i. It is a condition of mind brought about by a serenity of soul. It is also a state of mind. Peace is not a relationship of nations.
