Instead of going through the drive-thru at your bank, go inside. Emotions are like waves in the ocean – constantly changing. Take a long walk through a secluded park or trail.

Instea choose to be stable-minded by focusing your thoughts on the Word of God. Father, thank You for Your Word which is a lamp to my feet. Building positivity in life is not a one day process and requires a lot of effort and work.


Being strong and emotionally stable doesn’t mean you have to stay and fight all the battles and petty arguments that come your way. It means just the opposite – you don’t have to stay and respond to other people’s rude remarks and unnecessary hostility.
