Lack of peace of mind

They just add to the excitement and restlessness, and increase the sense of lack of inner peace and tranquility. At such times, you just want to scream at the mind to stop. You feel the lack of peace inside you and wish you could stop the mind for just a little while. Take a walk with the intention of nature love and photography, or you can share a post or write articles about what gives you peace of mind. Don’t be jealous of others.


Jealousy and low self-esteem , often, lead to a lack of peace of mind and try to be kind hearted and help people without any expectation of return gift from them.
