When are w2s available

When are employers required to give employees W2S? When do W2s become available online usually? It depends on the company you work for. I know that Walmart will be ready for download tonight at Midnight.

But Target will not be ready till the 14th. Ask your boss, HR or someone in personnel next time you are in to work. A big company like WD will probably offer W2s online, most do. Usually by the very end of January for most companies.

Never hurts to ask though. The form may take a few days to a week or two to reach you by mail. The W-forms are available hours after ADP processes them. Before that time, you can use the W-Preview report to view W-information. All employees are included in one PDF report file.
