I want to be peaceful

Some relaxing colors are neutrals (darker colors), blues, browns, and greens. You could add some incense or candles. Have low lighting in your room. Eliminate a TV from your room. All my favourite fish are.

Be bolstered by the reality that violence is not something even those involved in it want , and that peace for humankind as a whole is a valid wish to hold. There are countless things we can do to create peace of mind , both in response to events in our lives, and proactively, everyday. We want you to heal and remove everything that is causing stress, grief, and sorrow in our lives. In general, the term ‘a peaceful mind’ is used to describe a mental state in which mental and emotional calmness prevail. It is a state where your mind is not stirred up by anxieties and worries. The mental activity is phased down so that quietness and calmness can be experienced.


A Prayer for Peace of Mind.
