Amazon pay refund

All merchants can issue a refund on payments that you have made to them as well as process exchanges in the kinds of situations described in the Amazon A-to-z Guarantee for Buyers. Paying for goods and services. Accepted payment methods. Follow the steps below to refund an order that has been paid via Amazon Pay.


From the Magento Admin Panel, navigate to the Sales tab, and choose Invoices.

At the top of the Invoice page, click Credit Memo. Amazon Pay allows you to issue refunds either by using the Refund API after you have made a Capture on a successful Authorization or by using the Manage Transactions page in Seller Central. There is a maximum of Refunds per Capture. You call the GetRefundDetails operation to query the status of a refund.


Note: When you have issued a refund , that amount is no longer available for authorization or capture. You can return eligible in-app purchases for a refund. Select your reason for returning the purchase and then select Submit.

In the dialog box that appears, click Cancel agreement. Amazon or its designated Affiliate will provide the refund payments to the applicable customer (which may be in the same payment form originally used to purchase your Product). Amazon Pay cannot cancel or change an order on your behalf and cannot refund you for purchases.
