How to have a stable mind

Our body has two significantly different states: the first is a calm-state, where our heart rate is slower, our muscles are relaxe and we have a very rational judgment. It sounds like you have some kind of mental disorder. Maybe ADD or something? I recommend going to therapy and seeing a psychiatrist. These symptoms can be taken care of by the right medication.

The Bhagavadgita declares that a person is said to be stable of mind when he renounces all desires and remains satisfied in the Self by the Self, remaining the same to all the dualities such as heat and col pleasure and pain, sorrow and happiness, friend and foe, success and failure, respect and disrespect, himself and others, and so on. Human body is high energy field. Your body has two different kind of energies.


One is your physical body ( from DNA to whole body, etc…). Second is your divine part- your mental body. Mental body is part of all your cells in your body and can be separated from your body by you!

You Determine Your Reality. Start Your Day Strong. Use Books, Audio and Videos to Overload Your Brain with Positivity. Your Language Shapes Your Thoughts. Hang out with Positive People.


Show Your Appreciation for Others. When your mind is stuck in a loop, you can interrupt it by getting up and moving around or doing a different task or activity. When you sit back down, you should have a different perspective. Negative people are everywhere, and they are more than willing to take you down with them. Guard your inner circle and only associate with people who build you up.


If you have someone in your life who is influencing you in a negative way, it may be time to break that tie. Some bridges need burning. Create a to -do list Similar to journaling, writing down your tasks and projects helps clear your mind. If you find that various activities and reminders keep popping into your head and distracting you from the task at han a system like Getting Things Done can help increase your productivity and your mental calm. Focus on the good things, however small.


Find humor in bad situations. Allow yourself to experience humor in even. Turn failures into lessons.

Transform negative self-talk. Method Building Self-Esteem. Question your inner-critic. Take time for yourself. Recognize the features of healthy relationships.


A mind is unstable when it is attracted and distracted by circumstances. To have stable mind you need to have the courage to face pleasant and unpleasant impulses with same attitude. It may in fact make you less likely to act by feeding your anxiety. A mature mind allows a smoother experience of life, it also allows for the expression of your true potential as this human form.


In the absence of such a maturity in the min you will always be driven by fear and hence it’s not really possible for your natural potential to come forth in full expression in your reality. As you recognize a lie to your mind , always defend yourself out loud. That means speaking to Satan and the evil forces out lou binding them in the Name of Jesus, and forbidding them to lie to you and to use your mind.
